The building exterior is a white marble curtain-wall with tinted, double glazed windows. There are 20 high-speed, double-deck elevators and 3 service elevators that provide access to the tower's office space. The carpeted and marble lobby has a 39 foot high ceiling and the ceiling height on all office floors is 9 feet. Air conditioning is provided on a floor-by-floor basis.
