The building exterior is a thermopane glazing with exterior blue-green reflective glass, with mullions and horizontal feature bands clad in stainless steel. Each of the towers is angled toward the other, and rise in a terraced design. Glass revolving doors provide access to a 35-foot high lobby finished with travertine walls and frames, and extensive landscaping. Each tower contains two low and high-rise banks of elevators, 2 shuttle elevators to parking levels and 1 frieght elevator. Most of the Centre's heating needs are supplied by an efficient heat pump system. The variable volume air distribution system with a separate supply fan for each floor permits heating or cooling of individual floors. Eight corner offices and an additional twelve semi-corner offices are possible on each floor. Recessed fluorescent lighting provides an average of 40 foot candles of illumination at desk level. In the event of a power failure, power for emergency lighting and other essential services is provided by a diesel generator in each building. Facilities for 24 hour security and emergency life safety systems are provided in each builidng as well.
