Dominion Square - South

This is one of Toronto's most famous brick and beam historic buildings (the former Dominion Brewery building). Major renovations have taken place to the building, providing very modern offices. The building has retained its historic character. The exterior has a facade of red brick and the interior provides bright open work areas with skylights, exposed brick and beams. The total project encompasses over 400,000 sq.ft. with 100,000 sq.ft. being office space. The entire complex has been divided into blocks all coming under the address of 468-496 Queen Street East. Base building includes acoustic ceiling throughout, fluorescent lighting fixtures, perimeter walls and finished drywall and/or exposed brick, vertical blinds throughout, power and telephone outlets (one per 150 sq.ft.).
