Katarina Nikolov is the Chief Operating Officer of FortonMKA, Cushman & Wakefield's independently owned and operated affiliate partner in North Macedonia.

Katarina has been with FortonMKA as Cushman & Wakefield affiliate partner since its start of operation in 2011, thus oversees all aspects of the company’s performance. She has 17 years of experience in the industry, locally and internationally, with focus on retail projects of all scales.

Through the years she successfully established strong and loyal client relationships positioning the company as a leading provider of high-level strategic advice. She believes that a profound understanding based on expertise and market knowledge, combined with a constructive teamwork, is the way to guide investors, developers, tenants and occupants into What’s Next in the world of real estate. 

Katarina is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Architecture, University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, with the goal to influence, share new or improved meanings in the CRE in North Macedonia.
