Cristi Moga coordinates the Capital Markets department, coordonating the activity of the team in charge with transacting real estate assets for investment purposes. He joined Cushman & Wakefield Echinox in October 2015, after a 10 years career as a real estate journalist for Ziarul Financiar, the most prestigious business newspaper in Romania, where he published more than 5,000 articles (news, analysis and interviews) about real estate. In 2018 Cristi was promoted as Head of Research and acquired expertise in research and market analysis in the retail, residential, office, industrial and hospitality segments, being involved in more than 50 customized studies, while delivering strategic solutions for the development and investment projects worth +€ 1 billion. His expertise, creativity and enthusiasm, combined with the team which he coordinates help Cushman & Wakefield Echinox to deliver innovative solutions and added value to the clients.
Cristi holds two bachelor’s degrees: one in Journalism, from FSJC, University of Bucharest and another one in Finance and Banking, from the University of Economic Studies of Petroşani.
