About

Fernando Lerici is an architect with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since 2022, he has served as Regional Head of Data Center Portfolio Management for Latin America at Cushman & Wakefield.

He brings over 30 years of international experience across the United States and Latin America in the corporate real estate and data center industries, having worked with leading multinational companies such as Citibank, Thomson Reuters, and Arcos Dorados–McDonald’s. Throughout his career, he has been involved in all stages of the real estate lifecycle—from initial requirements and site selection to facility management—overseeing numerous data center, office, and retail projects.

Fernando is a member of CPAU (Professional Council of Architecture and Urban Planning of Argentina), DCD – Data Center Dynamics, and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
