About
Jeanette joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 and currently leads the Project Management team for Argentina and Uruguay. Her career within the company has been broad and diverse: she started as Project Lead for the BBVA rebranding initiative, later served as Project Manager for Banco Santander, and was subsequently promoted to Senior Project Manager. In 2023 and 2024, she held the position of Regional Business Developer Manager for the Facility Management division in South America, before being appointed Head of Project Management in 2025.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she gained experience in the hospitality sector at Marriott Hotel in the United States, and in Argentina, she worked at JLL leading architecture and Facility Management projects for clients such as Citibank, Banco Itaú, and Credicoop.
Jeanette holds a degree in Architecture from the National University of Tucumán (UNT) and a Master’s in Innovation and Technology in Architecture (MBArch) from UPC in Barcelona. She has furthered her education through executive programs in Project Management (UTN), Middle Management (Rumbos Consultant), and specialized certifications in sustainable architecture, smart cities, and energy efficiency. In 2020, she became a Certified Passive House Designer through the Passivhaus Institute in Darmstadt, Germany.
She has also been actively involved in urban innovation initiatives. Highlights include her participation in the Urban Planning by Bicycle course with Mikael Colville-Andersen in Barcelona and the 1st International Dialogue on Urban Mobility in Berlin. Her work has included research on urban metabolism and eco-efficiency, as well as urban redesign proposals for neighborhoods in Barcelona and the renovation of hospital buildings with a focus on sustainability.
Jeanette was a finalist in the Urban Mobility Workshop by Foster + Partners in Madrid (2018) and was awarded a full scholarship to attend the International Dialogue on Urban Mobility in Berlin (2017), among other recognitions.
