About

Martín joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2026 as Director of Brokerage for Argentina and Uruguay. He brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate, consulting, economics and finance, leading teams and advising local and international companies across different Latin American markets.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as Director at L.J. Ramos, where he helped drive the expansion and evolution of the company’s services through strategic partnerships, new methodologies and comprehensive solutions for corporate clients. Before that, he spent a significant part of his career at JLL, where he became Director of Consulting and Transactions for Argentina, Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay, leading regional valuation, consulting, and portfolio management projects for companies such as BBVA, HSBC and McDonald’s.

Martín holds a degree in Economics from Universidad del Salvador (USAL), pursued a Master’s in Finance at Universidad de San Andrés and is a University Technician in Asset Negotiation from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN). He also completed specialized programs in Real Estate Management & Development and Corporate Finance.
