Building Engineering Services

Our Building Engineering Services team provides all design and management services relating to the mechanical, electrical and sanitary technology elements of a property.
Our expertise covers all types of buildings across all sectors, and we provide assistance through all the stages of initial construction, fit-out and occupancy.

Building engineering can account for 35-45% of the total construction cost of a typical new-build office project, and up to 50% of the cost of a typical office fit-out. To ensure that these costs are carefully managed, it’s crucial that early consideration be given to these elements.
