Dwitje leads our Project Management team at Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia.

She specialises in supporting clients in new work requirements at key stages of the property development process.

Dwitje ensures the smooth completion of projects from acquisition through to opening, on-time project delivery, and cost and quality requirements, including all documentation.

She has been involved in developing new tools in Strategic Occupancy Planning for corporate occupiers, and has led and nurtured a diverse team of project members.

Dwitje’s career in project management spans 15 years with major clients including The World Bank, ExxonMobil, Oracle, Nestle, Citibank, Carrefour, Standard Chartered Bank, Manulife Financial, Nike, Bank Danamon, DBS Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, Schroders Investment, Bank Central Asia, Bank International Indonesia, SCTV, SHELL, and the Jakarta Stock Exchange.

• Masters in Construction Management at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia

• Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from Parahyangan Catholic University, Indonesia
