About

Mina leads our Investment Sales & Acquisition team at Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia.

She assists and represents occupiers in the industrial sector, and has also concluded joint venture transactions on residential projects on both landed estates and high-rise apartments.

Mina’s primary focus is en bloc buildings and large-scale land transactions.

Being trained as a valuer and research analyst in the early stages of her career broadened Mina’s knowledge in property investment - a skill well-received by her clients, notably in Jakarta’s central business district (CBD).

Her understanding in practical taxation, town planning, and legal issues relevant to Indonesian properties have proven to be highly valued by clients.
