Wira leads the Property Valuation and Advisory team at Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia.

He has over 15 years of experience in property valuation in Indonesia, acting on behalf of both government and private sector clients.

His is a vital role that helps our clients make better financial decisions, be they an investor, occupier, or property owner.

Wira spent his early career in the valuation department where he was involved in property valuation assignments throughout Indonesia, both within major cities as well as secondary and tertiary markets.

He makes informed valuations through consolidated market price assessments and transaction management services.

Wira works with property owners and occupiers in industrial and commercial asset appraisals, lease renewals, and large-scale land acquisitions.
