Our team analyses and executes hotel development opportunities. The team has strong track record in record in transacting properties with hotel development potential, often with different planning designations. We have worked on properties that have become Select Service, Midscale, Lifestyle, Upscale and Luxury hotels

Operator Selection

We represent a varied client group, from commercial developers to hotel owners seeking to maximise the value of their assets. Whether advising on a hotel forming part of a mixed-use scheme or an individual asset, our skill and ability in identifying the optimal occupational solution is unrivalled.

We negotiate occupational leases, hotel management contracts and franchise agreements, and advise on joint venture deal structuring. We also assist in structuring ground rents.

Development Consulting

Much of the data, information and analysis required to determine the correct form, type and size of development is held within our team. Our experience stems from the team’s involvement in previous successful projects. However, it is often necessary to conduct more detailed, focused analysis – so we frequently provide bespoke research reports to help our clients make informed decisions.

Our Hospitality Research function works on strategic research reports, helping to coordinate Hotel Development Advisory work across EMEA.
