Programme Management Office (PMO)

The PMO provides a single point of contact to occupier and investor clients for the management of multiple projects and service lines in one or more countries or on one or more continents. As the PMO, we manage the integration of multiple service-provider teams and we provide economies of scale, efficiency and consistency in delivery. The collaboration between a PMO Manager and local delivery teams creates a cohesive team that brings together proactive strategy and effective delivery in order to maximize business benefit.

Italian Real Estate Overview H1 2020

We will continue to navigate through “unchartered waters” at least until the beginning of 2024, when 2019 GDP level should be recovered. In Italy the real economy will be hard hit and estimate for 2020 GDP reflects a contraction of more than 9% with the anticipated impact on the labor market still difficult to assess.
