Hiroyoshi is a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield team in Japan. Based in Tokyo, his responsibilities include investment brokerage, sales, valuation, and consulting. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate field in Japan, he provides professional real estate solutions for many investors and lenders.

Hiroyoshi and his team covers various asset types such as office buildings, residential buildings, industrial properties, hotels and development projects. He was awarded “Deal of the Year” by Cushman & Wakefield Japan in 2017 for executing a large logistics transaction.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Hiroyoshi worked as Vice President and Senior Analyst at Moody’s Japan involved in the valuation of commercial real estate. He was a pioneer in the Japanese CMBS market, and was a leader in the Rating Committee. Hiroyoshi also worked in both the appraisal and purchase and sales divisions for Richard Ellis (currently CBRE) with primary focus on commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence and valuations.
