Paul Kurklen is a senior project and development services leader with over 30 years of experience delivering complex, cross‑border corporate real estate and capital projects across Asia Pacific and globally. In his current role as Director, Occupier Services – Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield, Paul provides strategic leadership for occupier‑focused project delivery across the region.
