About

Paul Kurklen is a senior project and development services leader with over 30 years of experience delivering complex, cross‑border corporate real estate and capital projects across Asia Pacific and globally. He brings deep expertise in global project management, design and construction oversight, and regional operations, requiring close coordination across diverse teams, markets, and stakeholders.

In his current role as Director, Occupier Services – Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield, Paul provides strategic leadership for occupier‑focused project delivery across the region.
