About

After studying architecture at university, Shigeto began his career as a residential designer.

Later, after building a career in retail design and construction, his experience as a designer led him to become a consultant for commercial facilities. During his time as a commercial consultant, he was involved not only in the planning of shopping mall facilities, but also in the urban reconstruction planning of Rikuzentakata City, which was damaged in the Great East Japan Earthquake, assisting in urban planning from a commercial consultant’s standpoint.

After transitioning from a commercial consultant to a construction PM, he has successfully led many projects including new construction and fit-outs.

He will lead this project based on his extensive knowledge and experience in the architectural and real estate fields.
