Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its Warsaw-based Capital Markets team, led by Paweł Partyka, with the appointments of Jakub Grabara and Natalia Wołyniec. The new hires will support the company in delivering transactional advisory services across the commercial property market.
"We continue to see positive sentiment and a steady recovery in investment activity. At Cushman & Wakefield, we actively participate in many of the processes driving transformation across the property market. Strengthening our team is a natural response to rising client expectations, so I am delighted to welcome talented market experts who will shape this change with us. Jakub’s strong transactional experience, backed by the perspective he gained on the investor side, and Natalia’s deep expertise in advisory and development processes will provide additional expert support in complex and demanding projects,”
comments Paweł Partyka, Head of Capital Markets Poland, Cushman & Wakefield.
