Isabel Simões Correia is Head of Strategic Consulting for Cushman & Wakefield in Portugal. She advises corporate occupiers, investors and landlords on the decisions that shape the future of a property, from workplace strategy and change management to repositioning and portfolio management.
 
Her career spans more than 20 years across cost estimation, valuation, asset management, office leasing and fund management. This breadth of experience enables her to see challenges from multiple perspectives and understand how decisions affect different stakeholders. 
 
Isabel leads a strategic consulting practice that brings  together expertise from across the business. Rather than approaching challenges through a single service line, she focuses on understanding the wider context to identify opportunities clients may not yet have considered and assemble the right specialists to address them. A key part of her approach is understanding what sits behind the brief. She works to understand the pressures, priorities and decisions shaping a situation before recommending a path forward to ensure advice reflects a client’s broader objectives rather than a single immediate need.
