Over the past three years, Pyeongtaek has solidified its position as an emerging logistics hub, with cumulative logistics center supply increasing by more than 1.7 times. While a significant portion of facilities is occupied by 3PL operators, the region’s well-developed transportation network has also attracted direct developments by end-users. Its geographical proximity to China is another key advantage, especially as cross-border e-commerce platforms such as AliExpress and Temu are likely to utilize logistics centers in Pyeongtaek as strategic bases for their operations in Korea. As a result, the value of logistics facilities in the area is expected to rise further.
