Data on the Spanish Flexible Workspace Market
Madrid and Barcelona remain the main markets chosen by flexible workspace operators for their activities. As a consequence, and having overcome the uncertainty of new working models and a somewhat ‘wait and see’ attitude on the part of operators, the take-up of new flexible workspaces continues to grow in both cities.
How do the groups polled feel about the future?
Some 43% of the groups polled are considering possible increases over the coming 12 months to the floor area that they currently occupy (last year solely 16% of the groups had any inclinations towards growth).
