Gareth joined Cushman & Wakefield in January 2020 and is responsible for the management of the Cushman & Wakefield Thailand office.

He has 19 years of real estate experience across a broad range of asset classes from Retail brokerage and management, Logistics & Industrial sales, leasing, and management, Office Leasing brokerage and management, and the Data Center sector.

He has been in Southeast Asia for approximately 10 years’ operating within Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia. Gareth is a native of New Zealand and commenced his property career there.

Gareth’s main area of focus in Thailand has been consulting on Mixed Use Developments, Logistics & Industrial property, and Data Centers.
