Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam Officially Appointed As Leasing Agent For OfficeHaus Project

Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam is proud to be appointed as the leasing agent for OfficeHaus, a Bauhaus-inspired office building in Tan Phu District. 

OfficeHaus is a LEED Silver certified decentralized premium office located in the non-core CBD area near Tan Son Nhat international airport. With its use of contactless technology, OfficeHaus is primed for the post-pandemic world and aligned with safe management protocols. The contactless entry sensors are equipped with mobile phone compatibility, allowing automatic activation of entrances and exits. Employees can control their work environment with mobile applications, enabling staff to avoid contact with frequently used surfaces such as lift buttons, light switches, and doorknobs.

Inspired by the famous German design principles of Bauhaus, OfficeHaus offers the largest available office floorplates in Ho Chi Minh City (offering contiguous space between 2,400 per floor and 15,250 sqm in total), dual technical risers for design flexibility, and dual void areas for internal staircases. The building’s office portion is comprised of 7 floors of premium space and is expected to complete and be handed over in Q3 2021.

This premium office building is situated within Celadon City in Tan Phu District, which has 16ha of lush green space. Tenants will benefit from a wide catchment of high-end residential developments, international schools, and is immediately adjacent to the largest Aeon Mall in Vietnam. It is 4km from the future metro line and close to the East-West Highway and National Highway 1A, which connects to the nearby industrial provinces of Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Long An.
