Leadership Team Strengthened at Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam with New General Manager Appointment

Cushman & Wakefield today announced the significant strengthening of its senior leadership team with the appointment of Trang Bui as General Manager, effective January 11, 2022. 

As General Manager, Trang will have management responsibilities for the business with a focus on the transactional services lines, oversee business activities across the market, and drive strategic initiatives for the Vietnam office to enhance business development and transaction opportunities. 

Commenting on the new hire, Anshul Jain, Managing Director and Head India & South East Asia Cushman & Wakefield said, “Trang is a well-respected and valued leader within real estate market, and I look forward to working with her in this new role. This new appointment enhances our leadership team as we commit to expanding our Vietnam operations.”  

“We are delighted to have Trang joining us in Vietnam, as a critical growth market for Cushman & Wakefield,” said Chris Carver, Managing Director Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam and Head of Valuations, South East Asia. “Trang’s diverse experience in office, retail and industrial sectors and deep client relationships, make her a recognised leader and will ensure we provide the highest level of service in the Vietnam property market.” 

Trang Bui has worked for over 16 years in the Vietnam real estate market, having been a Head of Client Development, Transactions with JLL Vietnam prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, and holding key senior positions at several international service provider. 

Commenting on her appointment, Trang Bui said: “I’m delighted to be joining Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam office and looking forward to leading the already well-established professional team here. As the Vietnam property market matures, developers, residents and occupies are expecting better quality in real estate consulting services and Cushman & Wakefield will be at the forefront to deliver international standard services".
