The exclusive partnership signing ceremony between Cushman & Wakefield and CMC Corporation took place on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
The CMC Creative Space Hochiminh is a modern building with a total area of 30,000 sqm, which was completed and has been operational since Q3 2024. Featuring a cutting-edge design and modern amenities, the 12-story building offers large floor plates of up to 1,600 sqm each, along with a spacious parking area. Located within the Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, the building is fully equipped with modern conveniences and offers excellent connectivity to the city center.
