Cushman & Wakefield today announced the appointment of Minh Hoang as Country Head of Vietnam. Her appointment reflects the firm’s long-term commitment to Vietnam as a key market within its broader Southeast Asia growth strategy.
As Country Head, Minh will lead the firm’s Vietnam operations, driving strategic growth across service lines, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing operational excellence. She will oversee business activities nationwide and collaborate closely with the Southeast Asia leadership team to advance cross-border initiatives, reinforcing the firm’s position as a trusted partner for investors, occupiers, and developers expanding in Vietnam.
Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Minh reports to Anshul Jain, Managing Director, India & Southeast Asia, and Head of Asia Pacific Tenant Representation.

Minh brings over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, having held senior leadership roles at Savills Vietnam. With a strong background in investment and leasing, she has led complex transactions across office, hospitality and mixed-use sectors, and her strategic advice is grounded in deep market insight. Minh holds a Bachelor of Finance and Banking from Hanoi University and is a certified MRICS for Real Estate Investment.
