American & Efird: Building A New Factory In Vietnam

The Challenge

American & Efird (A&E), a global textile manufacturer, approached Cushman & Wakefield for industrial and logistics services to enter the Vietnam market. They required 38,000 square meters of space for their factory in Vietnam.

The Solution

After consulting A&E, Cushman & Wakefield proposed a site option that meets their technical requirements. We determined that it is also a good match for their supply chain operations.

Subsequently, we successfully secured the 32,000-square-meter site for A&E to set up their market-entry factory in Vietnam.

The Results

By communicating with A&E and paying close attention to meet their requirements, Cushman & Wakefield secured a site with terms that saved the company a considerable amount. 

As a result, we received a “highly recommended” comment from A&E.
