The Challenge
Harley Davidson is a motorcycle dealer whose products span almost every continent. Cushman & Wakefield was tasked by Harley Davidson to scout and secure a space for its motorcycle showroom in Hanoi, Vietnam. The deal was the first flagship dealership in Hanoi and was one of the biggest ones in the region.

The Solution
Following the success of their Saigon store, Harley Davidson wanted to expand beyond their space at Saigon. We were instructed to search for a space that could house Harley Davidson’s existing and upcoming catalogue.
We also represented Harley Davidson in the scouting, searching, reconnaissance, and subsequent negotiations with the landlord. This involved relaying Harley Davidson’s concerns and needs to the realtor, allowing the realtor to provide property solutions that addressed Harley Davidson’s needs.

The Results
Cushman & Wakefield was able to secure a property deal that benefited Harley Davidson. The negotiations from the Cushman & Wakefield team also allowed Harley Davidson to use the entire building facade without incurring additional overhead costs.
The Hanoi flagship store now allows Harley Davidson to have the biggest brand presence among motorcycle dealerships not just in Vietnam, but the entire region as well.
