Hoang Anh Gia Lai required an agent to lease a 364 sqm property at No. 3 Ly Thai To.
The client required a high-end luxury brand that could afford one of the most expensive locations in Vietnam.
Cushman & Wakefield was retained to represent Hoang Anh Gia Lai in this leasing deal.
02 The Solution
Due to the value of the location, Hoang Anh Gia Lai needed the tenant to be a top fashion brand.
The team at Cushman & Wakefield crafted a strategy to find a suitable tenant.
They researched all the luxury brands that were interested in introducing their flagship stores in Vietnam, and pitched to them accordingly.
The team’s efforts was recognised by Prada, whom they won over through their sales pitch and who agreed to lease the property.
03 The Result
Cushman & Wakefield carried out ten months of negotiations before Prada was persuaded to rent the property.
We also secured one of the highest rental rates in Vietnam from the deal.
