ILA Education – Negotiating A Property Deal For New Training Centres
01 The Challenge
With 32 centres in six cities across Vietnam, and a student base of more than 150,000, ILA Education is considered a leader in the education and training sector.
ILA Education was keen to educate even more young people, and therefore embarked on a plan to build more schools.
Cushman & Wakefield was retained to locate and negotiate for appropriate sites where new training centres could be built.
02 The Solution
With a long history of working together, the team at Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam has formed a relationship with ILA Education.
As a result, our team understands their preferences when identifying timely opportunities and suggesting ideal sites for expansion and relocation.
For the current requirements, the retail team focused on identifying ideal locations in commercial and private buildings across cities in Vietnam.
Cushman & Wakefield also supported the client with negotiations with the landlords – achieving the best possible deals.
03 The Results
Cushman & Wakefield has now successfully completed the sixth transaction for ILA Education.
The team found several sites that matched the client’s requirements, and carried out negotiations.
ILA Education was, therefore, able to initiate a total of six new training centers; two in Hanoi and four in Ho Chi Minh City.
