Mensa Completes First Phase of Its Mega Production Unit
01 The Challenge
Mensa Industries, a leading garment exporter from Vietnam, had a plan to establish a production unit in Quang Ngai, Vietnam. The company wanted to build a manufacturing unit measuring approximately 56,000 square meters in production area, able to accommodate over 5,000 staff.
Mensa picked Cushman & Wakefield to help prepare and execute a masterplan for the project.
02 The Solution
We prepared a masterplan and started the first phase of construction in December 2018. The first phase includes a 5,000-square metre production facility, a 280-square metre administrative building, and a 2900-square metre canteen. We completed the first phase in just five months. After completing the first phase, we also worked on improving the MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting) works to accelerate production.
03 The Results
Our approach resulted in a timely project delivery within the allocated budget while exceeding the client’s expectations.
