Nestlé Vietnam: Moving Its HQ To A New Home

Nestlé, the world's leading nutrition, health, and wellness company, operates an extensive business in Vietnam. Its headquarters occupies over 2,500m² of grade B space in E Town 3 Building, an out-of-town office at Tan Binh District near Ho Chi Minh's Tan Son Nhat Airport.

When considering whether it should renew or relocate to a new Vietnam office, Nestlé approached Cushman & Wakefield for advice.

Nestlé requested our team to develop a cost-efficient strategy that fulfils its business requirements. Cushman & Wakefield also represented Nestlé in negotiations with the landlord.

We prepared a masterplan and started the first phase of construction in December 2018. The first phase includes a 5,000-square metre production facility, a 280-square metre administrative building, and a 2900-square metre canteen. We completed the first phase in just five months. After completing the first phase, we also worked on improving the MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting) works to accelerate production.

Eventually, Nestlé chose Empress Tower and finalised lease for two and a half continuous floors in the building.

Currently, Nestlé enjoys competitive and flexible lease terms for a modern workspace reflective of its brand.
