Sevda has joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 and she is based in Prague office. Sevda’s role is focused on the CEE & SEE hotel market (especially on Romanian market), and she is supporting in valuation and advisory departments.
Before, joining Cushman & Wakefield, Sevda acquired a thorough experience and knowledge of hotel operations and functionality. Next to this, Sevda is benefiting highly from her international background and language knowledge.

Sevda was involved in various valuation project including single assets as well as portfolio of assets for both internal and loan security purposes. She gained important experience and market insights during multiple valuations in Romania, Croatia, Czech Republic, Montenegro, Belgrade, Greece, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary.
She recently performed the valuation of
- CPI Hvar portfolio in Croatia,
- CIMEX Czech Republic portfolio involving 7 assets,
- Radisson Blu complex in Bucharest,
- Mama Shelter hotel project in Bucharest,
- Astir Palace mixed-use resort in Greece,
- Aqua Palace Prague mixed-used resort
- and various upscale and luxury asset within CEE&SEE.
On advisory side, Sevda was involved in different feasibility studies for a hotel project in Prague, Bucharest and Odessa.
Further, she currently supported the operator selection team with an instruction for a trophy asset in Bucharest.
Next to daily task, Sevda established an essential connection with the hotel association in Romania by collaborating in projects to support the hotel industry in Romania during COVID in 2020.
