Cushman & Wakefield expands Victorian Retail Leasing Team

Cushman & Wakefield has today announced it has strengthened its Retail Leasing team in Victoria with the appointment of Stephanie Harding as Manager, Retail Leasing.

Stephanie will work alongside Cushman & Wakefield’s Victorian retail leasing team and report to Head of Retail Leasing, Victoria,  Michael Di Carlo. Stephanie will focus on Melbourne’s CBD and other prime retail strips assisting landlords to deliver creative  solutions for tenants vying for space in the tightly held Melbourne CBD retail precincts. 

Located in Cushman & Wakefield’s Melbourne CBD office, Stephanie joins from 3 years at Colliers International, where she was a Senior Executive of Retail Leasing, specialising in CBD and strip leasing within Melbourne. She was recently a finalist for the 2019 Outstanding New Agent of the Year at the REIV Awards for Excellence, and winner of the Best Leasing Campaign for Budgets $5k to $10k at the REIV Commercial & Industrial Marketing Awards.

Stephanie holds a Master of Management from the University of Melbourne, which included undertaking Negotiation studies at Harvard University.
