In an industrial property market defined by rapid shifts and rising complexity, Cushman & Wakefield is making a bold move to stay ahead of the curve. The firm has significantly expanded its Tenant Advisory Industrial platform across Australia with six new recruits.

With a clear focus on streamlining operations, enhancing supply chain performance, and unlocking long-term portfolio value, the Tenant Advisory Industrial division is guiding occupiers through a market where agility, timing, and informed decision-making are critical.

Noral Wild, Cushman & Wakefield’s ANZ CEO said the recent appointments fulfill a long-term strategic growth mandate to increase our expertise and our ability to continue to lead in the Logistics and Industrial (L&I) Sector.

“This expanding team demonstrates our commitment in this sector and provides signals to both local and global occupier clients a complete service offering which is globally aligned and integrated providing a seamless unrivalled experience”.

The new team brings a combined experience of over 80 years in providing strategic real estate solutions for global and national occupier clients. The team composition provides expertise across all L&I markets with operatives positioned strategically to ensure full service offering capability in any location across Australia.

Furthermore, the expertise in Australia now significantly enhances the services and capability we can provide throughout the global Cushman and Wakefield network and our global occupier clients they represent.

The new team comprises:

Morgan Evans – National Director, Tenant Advisory Logistics & Industrial
Edward Swan – Senior Executive, Tenant Advisory Logistics & Industrial
Luke Robertson – Associate Director, Tenant Advisory Logistics & Industrial
Ben Cunningham – Associate Director, Tenant Advisory Logistics & Industrial
Stuart Duncan – Director, Tenant Advisory Logistics & Industrial
Renee Ferraro – Manager, Tenant Advisory Logistics & Industrial
Simon Keenan – Senior Executive, Tenant Advisory Logistics & Industrial

Tony Iuliano, Cushman & Wakefield’s International Director and Head of Logistics & Industrial, ANZ said the creation of our independent L&I Tenant Advisory platform is complementary to the already established national network of over 80 L&I professionals across L&I Brokerage and Capital Markets offering our clients a rare combination of local precision and national scale.
