Stuart is a Director in the Logistics & Industrial Tenant Advisory team, with more than 17 years’ experience in corporate real estate. He has advised a broad range of occupiers across the commercial and industrial property sectors, supporting organisations at every stage of their property decision making.

Stuart is known for his business first approach to real estate advisory, taking the time to understand how organisations operate, where they are heading, and what success looks like over the long term. He specialises in aligning property strategies with broader business objectives, helping clients navigate change through pragmatic, market informed advice. His expertise includes strategic consulting, portfolio reviews, feasibility analysis, site acquisitions and disposals (freehold and leasehold), lease renewals, rent reviews, and Make Good negotiations.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Stuart was the National Property Manager at Visy Industries, responsible for managing the company’s property portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. This client side experience has given him a deep understanding of occupier priorities and decision drivers. During his time at Visy, Stuart led numerous initiatives including corporate property strategy development and execution, pre commitments, due diligence reporting, mergers and acquisitions support, lease renewals, and disposal strategies at both individual asset and portfolio levels.
