The works and moving of the new headquarters of Copersucar S/A, the largest Brazilian sugar and ethanol company, were managed by Cushman & Wakefield's Architecture and Construction Project Management area.
Located in the modern corporate building WT Morumbi, one of the main challenges of the project was the development of the office with two different identities and different occupation models.
The company is occupying 2 floors totaling 2,870m2, divided between Copersucar and Alvean, the group's joint venture. The move marks the departure of the company from the traditional office on Avenida Paulista, occupied for 13 years.
