So that it was possible to capture all the essence and understand its particularities, goals and expectations, a thorough immersion was carried out, where members of Cushman & Wakefield were on the LinkedIn campus, in San Francisco, in order to experience the brand concept and then be able to start the LinkedIn São Paulo Office project. With this diagnosis, we arrived at three fronts that were the priority in each projected space: the well-being of the employee, the connection between people and the Brazilianness present in the details.
