Cushman & Wakefield was chosen in the 8th Infra FM Nominees 2022, which highlights the specialized service providers that stood out the most in the Facility, Property & Workplace Management sector this year.

We were recommended by Banco BNP Paribas Brasil for our Facilities Management service.

The award event took place last Wednesday at Casa Giardini, in São Paulo and was attended by our Operation Portfolio Managers, Eduardo Pens and Bruno Abreu.

Ricardo Teixeira, CPO, Head of Supplier Risk and Facilities at BNP Paribas, talks about choosing Cushman & Wakefield for the operational outsourcing of facilities at BNP Paribas: ''When we decided to outsource this part of the structure, we were concerned with maintaining the standard of quality demanded by our public and Cushman & Wakefield arrived to help us. The people allocated are great and the commercial team is always ready to listen and act. Over time, they gained visibility and took over all technical maintenance and shipping. We are currently expanding the scope and helping us with Third Party Control in the Procurement department’’, he says.
