BTS Properties, with the support of our sustainability consultancy, has achieved a significant milestone with the LEED BD+C Core & Shell v4 Level GOLD certification for the CLSU – BTS - BTSI11 logistics warehouse.

With 64 points achieved, this certification reaffirms our commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency and innovation in the real estate and logistics sector.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification is one of the most prestigious international seals that recognizes projects that apply best practices in terms of environmental performance, energy efficiency and human well-being. This seal is a reflection of the ongoing commitment of BTS Properties and our consultancy to deliver solutions that positively impact the environment.
