CW and GLP five years of partnership

In the case of a partnership between two global leaders: Cushman & Wakefield and GLP, over these five years, continuous training and working as a unit, looking in the same direction, were essential to building this good and lasting relationship.

Jamile Pedroso, Portfolio Manager, says that, in addition to the good relationship, what brought us here was the continuous training of the Cushman & Wakefield team, always certified to GLP guidelines: ''side by side, we understand the challenges and move forward together''.

For her, the quest to always go beyond the property management service, something she has done with excellence for years, the team went deeper into understanding the specificities of logistics operations: ''understand the dynamics and corporate language of the logistics segment and print personality specific to management has brought us more and more authority and unity to this relationship'', he says.

Today, the Cushman & Wakefield team is dedicated to condominiums that seek to be an extension of LPG, caring for and viewing the facilities from the owner's perspective.

It was with this synergy that we faced the challenges of the pandemic both from a health point of view, as well as the speed of the exponential growth of the e-commerce market. Eric Oliveira, who has been part of the team since the beginning of the contract and has followed all this evolution, says that in this scenario, the biggest challenge was understanding this promising, growing and rapidly evolving market with the client.

‘‘Every need driving improvements. The challenge this time is to deliver ever greater agility, without compromising on security,” explains Jamile.

Currently, Cushman & Wakefield has worked to be increasingly analytical in the way it manages. This has been done through data, providing intelligence to operations through BI and dashboards. The objective is to support the customer in their decision-making.

Fernando Moço, Property Management Manager at GLP, says that the partnership with Cushman & Wakefield has been overcoming challenges and achieving important achievements in the last 5 years, highlighting the ISO 9001 certification - Condominium Administration of Logistics Parks: ''Commitment, synergy and transparency in the relationship between companies are fundamental to achieving the desired results.
