Cushman & Wakefield provided consulting services in sustainability for LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), comprising sheds I and II of the Condominium Logistics BTS Cariacica CLCR1, in Espírito Santo (ES).

The combination of strategies and relying on Cushman & Wakefield's consultancy from project conception to completion allowed BTS Properties to seek certification of its Logistics Complex with the LEED BD+C Core & Shell v4 sustainability seal.

Carried out in consultation with Cushman & Wakefield, the certification process for the CLCR1 Logistic Condominium in Cariacica seeks the level certification gold.
