Cushman & Wakefield provided testing services for Fitwel certification, including all areas managed by the condominium Birmann 32, in São Paulo (SP).

The combination of strategies and relying on Cushman & Wakefield consultancy for the implementation of strategies aimed at health and the well-being of the occupants, allowed the project to certification targeting the Multi-tenant Base scorecard Building (MTBB) v2.1. Conducted with consultancy from Cushman & Wakefield, the certification process for the Birmann 32, located in Faria Lima, obtained the Two Star certification level.
