03/09/2026

Adam Šafránek has become Head of Marketing at Cushman & Wakefield in the Czech Republic. In his new role, he leads the company’s marketing strategy and business development support, ensuring that marketing is closely aligned with the company’s commercial priorities. He has held the position since July 2026.

Adam has been with Cushman & Wakefield for eight years. He joined the company as a Marketing Coordinator, contributing to the development of the marketing strategy for the Czech retail team. His responsibilities gradually expanded to the regional level.

Since 2024, he has held the position of Senior Retail Marketing Coordinator CEE & EMEA. In this role, he has been involved in marketing activities across the region, coordinating key global company reports such as Main Streets Across the World and the Global Cities Retail Guide, and supporting the preparation of major industry conferences, including MAPIC and the EMEA Sales Conference.

In his new role, Adam is responsible for marketing strategy and business support across all sectors and services provided by Cushman & Wakefield in the Czech Republic. His responsibilities include brand development, bid management, business team support, digital marketing, graphics and design, as well as other areas he will continue to develop. A key part of his role is strengthening the connection between marketing and the commercial priorities of individual teams in the Czech Republic.

He also serves as Associate Director EMEA Retail Marketing, contributing to the development of international marketing strategy for retail teams across the EMEA region. His work focuses on sector positioning, the coordination of key campaigns and stronger cooperation between individual markets. He is also involved in preparing the company’s participation in major industry conferences and trade fairs, including MAPIC and EXPO REAL.

Under the new team structure, Martina Pavlíková, as Communications & Brand Lead, continues to oversee corporate communications and brand management at Cushman & Wakefield, including external and internal communications, website management, event organisation and CSR activities. Adam focuses on the strategic leadership of marketing and support for business teams.

Adam Šafránek graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague with a degree in Business and Administration, specialising in marketing. He also broadened his professional experience while studying in Beijing. In his free time, he enjoys digital content creation, photography, video, travel and sport.
