Our Building Engineering Services team offers expertise and advice in all the technical areas of a building, as well as those related to the comfort and health of users (air quality, temperature etc.) for all types of buildings across all sectors, during all phases of construction, development and use.

Building Engineering Services elements can account for 35-45% of the total construction cost of a typical new-build office project, and up to 50% of the cost of a typical office fit-out. To ensure that these costs are carefully managed, it is crucial to give early consideration to these elements.
