Carlo began his career in real estate through a vocational training programme in Berlin, qualifying as an Immobilienkaufmann (2016) whilst working at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he subsequently remained as a Consultant Office Advisory for approximately two years. Afterwards, Carlo was promoted to Senior Office Advisory at BNP Paribas Real Estate. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2025, and his current position is Associate.

Carlo's expertise spans both sides of the office market. He supports tenants and landlords on leasing transactions whilst also advising investors on acquisitions and disposals within the office sector. This dual grounding in occupier and investment matters allows him to bring a joined-up perspective to each instruction, recognising how leasing dynamics and capital markets activity influence one another.

His work is centred on the Berlin metropolitan area and the wider German office market. Across his career, Carlo has built relationships with a national and international client base, combining detailed knowledge of Berlin's submarkets with an understanding of the cross-border capital flows that continue to shape office investment activity in Germany.
