About
Faran Rashid is a Project Manager within the Project & Development Services team at Cushman & Wakefield, based in Frankfurt. He supports clients across the full commercial property lifecycle, bringing a technically grounded perspective to development, refurbishment and repositioning projects in one of Germany's most active real estate markets.
Faran built his foundation in the built environment through hands-on technical roles before moving into project management, giving him a practical understanding of how buildings function and perform. His background spans building information modelling (BIM) and computer-aided facility management (CAFM), as well as direct site leadership on complex assets, experience that informs a detail-oriented approach to managing project risk, cost and programme.
His approach centres on bridging technical building systems with strategic project delivery, an increasingly valuable skillset as clients navigate tighter sustainability requirements, evolving regulatory frameworks and rising expectations around building performance. Faran applies this dual perspective to help ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives, from initial planning through to completion, drawing on the firm's broader Project Development Services capabilities.
Operating from the Frankfurt office, Faran contributes to projects across the wider German market, supporting clients as they manage the technical and operational complexity inherent in modern construction and refurbishment schemes.
His work reflects a strong technical grounding across the built environment, particularly where integrated building technology, mechanical and electrical systems, and facility operations intersect with project delivery, an area of increasing relevance for occupiers and investors alike as buildings become more complex and performance-driven.
