Mila Mamedova is a Partner within Cushman & Wakefield's Global Occupier Services (GOS) team, based in Frankfurt. She acts as a trusted advisor to multinational occupiers, helping organisations align their real estate portfolios with business objectives across Germany, Europe and wider EMEA markets.

With almost two decades of commercial real estate experience, Mila specialises in managing complex cross-border real estate requirements, supporting clients with portfolio optimisation, transaction management, lease events, workplace strategies, occupancy planning and project delivery. She serves as a single point of contact for clients operating across multiple countries, coordinating local market experts and service lines to deliver consistent outcomes and governance.

Mila currently leads and supports strategic occupier relationships across a diverse range of sectors, including technology, life sciences, manufacturing, automotive and professional services. Her client experience includes companies such as PWC, Deloitte, Huawei, Boehringer Ingelheim, Continental, Aumovio, Wolt and others.

She is particularly experienced in helping organisations navigate portfolio transformation, hybrid working requirements, workplace optimisation programmes and complex transactional projects across multiple jurisdictions. Her combination of strategic oversight and transaction expertise enables clients to make informed real estate decisions while balancing operational needs, employee experience and cost efficiency.

Prior to joining Global Occupier Services, Mila spent more than 15 years advising occupiers and investors on office transactions and portfolio strategies, delivering projects for both international and domestic organisations across a broad range of industries.
