About

Tom is a Partner in the data center team and based in Germany. He specializes in land acquisitions for technology clients across Europe. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, bringing his experience from working for a development company with UK-wide commercial and land assets, as well as for a regional commercial real estate agency.

Since joining C&W, Tom has primarily worked as an account and transaction manager for some of the firm’s largest industrial and technology-based clients, advancing those relationships and developing his team to provide first-class customer service.

His recent focus has included the central account / program management for the acquisition of land sites across Europe on behalf of Microsoft.
