01 THE WORLD THAT HAD BEEN BUILT
In 2024, we partnered with an American chemicals company to build and design their first India office, spanning 7,500 SF, for 40 employees. The project entailed challenges such as navigating complex approval mechanisms and managing timelines across global stakeholders. The project also required addressing the limitations of a linear site configuration, minimal natural lighting, and height restrictions due to the absence of direct Air Handling Unit (AHU) supply and subsequent Condenser Supply Unit (CSU) considerations.

- Design Variation and Closure: The team incorporated several ad-hoc modifications and design variations by facilitating multiple site walkthroughs with the clients and meticulous analysis. This was achieved without incurring commercial impact, ensuring optimum client satisfaction and efficient project management.
- Structured Milestone Management: A rigorous milestone-based approach was followed, ensuring seamless coordination between vendor partners, builders, and clients to ensure a timely project closure.
